Is music created with AI allowed?

AI does not remove rights obligations

NoyzHub’s general music upload form does not create a special rights exception for a track made with artificial intelligence. As with any other content, the uploader must confirm that every necessary right and authorization is in place.

A track should not be uploaded merely because an AI service allowed it to be generated or downloaded.

Review the terms of the tool used

Before publishing, read the terms of the artificial intelligence service involved in the creation. Check:

• whether public or commercial use is permitted;
• whether your subscription level changes the rights granted;
• whether you can authorize a third party such as NoyzHub to host and stream the file;
• whether restrictions apply to voices, models, samples or supplied content;
• whether attribution or another notice is required.

Voices, impersonation and artist identity

Do not use a cloned voice, identity, name, image or misleading presentation suggesting that a real artist created or performed the content without the required permissions.

The track must not infringe personal rights, trademarks, existing recordings or any other third-party rights.

Samples and material supplied to the AI

If you provide lyrics, recordings, samples, stems or voices belonging to other people, you must be authorized to use them in the final track.

Processing them through an AI tool does not automatically make them free to use.

AI-assisted and fully generated creation

The situation may differ when AI is used to clean audio, suggest an idea, generate one instrumental part or produce most of the track. In every case, you should be able to explain the source of the material and guarantee the publication rights.

Special Music Awards and campaign rules

A contest, NoyzHub Music Awards edition or special program may impose stricter conditions than general music publishing, including excluding some AI-created content.

The rules displayed for the relevant edition or program always take priority. A track being hosted on an artist page does not guarantee that it is eligible for a contest.

Transparency in the project presentation

When AI played a major role in the creative process, a clear presentation helps avoid misleading listeners. Do not claim human performance, writing or production that did not actually take place.

Possible content removal

NoyzHub may remove or disable a track that infringes third-party rights, the Terms of Use or the rules of a specific feature.

If the rights granted by an AI tool or the applicable law are unclear, do not publish the track until you have obtained reliable guidance.
