Connect a concert to the correct artists
A concert lineup is built from the artist and band pages connected to the event. These links display performers on the concert page and allow the date to appear on the pages involved.
Search for an existing artist
Enter the artist or band name in the concert form. Select the correct page from the results and check the name, genre and country when available.
Avoid selecting an unrelated page with a similar name.
Create a page when it does not exist
When an artist is not yet on NoyzHub, the form provides a quick creation tool. Use reliable information and first make sure that an equivalent page does not already exist.
Quick creation does not replace the full artist-page management tools, which can be completed separately.
Add several artists
A concert can feature several artists or bands. Add each participant separately so that every project is correctly connected to the event.
Identify the headliners
Use the headliner option for the main performers. This helps NoyzHub present the lineup clearly and may be used when ordering the artists.
Do not automatically mark every participant as a headliner.
Organize the lineup order
The artist order can be adjusted in the form. Follow the official running order or the importance communicated by the event organizer.
Add performance times
When the schedule is confirmed, you can provide the beginning and end of an artist’s performance. This is especially useful for multi-band events and festivals.
When times are not confirmed, leave the fields empty rather than publishing an estimate.
Remove an artist
If an artist withdraws, edit the concert and remove them from the lineup. Review the title, poster and description as well because they may still mention the artist.
Review date conflicts
NoyzHub checks whether a band is already scheduled for another concert on the same day. The warning may reveal a duplicate or an error, although some artists can perform at more than one event in a day.
Review locations and times before confirming a flagged situation.
