Edit a concert

Updated on 21/07/2026
Open the concert page or the Concerts tab of a connected page, select Edit, update the necessary information and save the new version.

Correct or update a concert

A concert may change after publication because of a new time, updated poster, additional artist, ticket launch or venue change. Users with the necessary permissions can update the event page.

Open the editing tool

The Edit option may be available from the concert page or from the Concerts tab of a connected page.

If the option is not displayed, your account may not have permission to manage the event. Use the error-reporting tool when the page contains incorrect information.

Information that can be updated

The form can update:

  • the title and description;
  • the event type;
  • the date and times;
  • the venue or custom location;
  • the city and country;
  • artists and headliners;
  • organizers;
  • the poster;
  • prices and free-entry status;
  • ticket and external links;
  • the connected festival or tour.

Change the date or venue

When an event is postponed or moved, update its date, times and venue immediately. Review the description and links as well so that no outdated information remains visible.

After a major change, share the updated event page again with the audience.

Update the lineup

Add or remove the relevant artists, then check their order, headliner status and performance times.

NoyzHub may warn about a conflict when an artist is already scheduled for another concert on the same day. Only continue after checking the situation.

Replace the poster

Use the latest official artwork when it becomes available. Choose a clear image and make sure that the information shown on it matches the event page.

Update prices and ticketing

Check advance and door prices, currency, free or paid status and the booking link. An expired or incorrect URL may prevent visitors from reaching the ticket service.

Save the changes

  1. Review every field.
  2. Save the changes.
  3. Open the concert page.
  4. Check the date, venue, artists and external buttons.

Avoid duplicate event pages

When a concert changes date or venue, update the existing page instead of automatically creating another event. Create a separate page only when it is genuinely a different concert date.
