Create a complete concert page
The quality of an event page depends on the accuracy of its information. An incorrect date, venue or link can prevent people from finding the concert or booking tickets.
Use the creation or editing form to keep all details updated.
The concert title
Choose an understandable title. It can use the official name of the event, tour, festival or main performing artists.
Avoid generic titles that do not identify the concert.
The event type
Indicate whether this is a standalone concert, an event connected to a festival or a tour date. This choice organizes the links between the different NoyzHub elements.
The venue and location
Connect an existing venue page when possible. For a temporary location without a dedicated page, use the custom-venue option and provide its name, address, city and country.
An accurate location improves nearby concert searches.
Dates and times
The beginning of the concert requires a date. Add the time when it is known. An end date and time can be provided for longer or multi-day events.
The description
The description can explain the event and practical details such as:
- door opening time;
- special running order or schedule;
- entry requirements;
- any minimum age;
- accessibility or venue instructions;
- information officially provided by the organizer.
Do not publish unconfirmed information.
The poster
Use the latest official artwork and make sure it remains readable on mobile. The artists, date and venue shown on the image should match the event page.
Prices
NoyzHub can display an advance price, door price, currency or free-entry status.
When several ticket categories are available, use the description or official ticket page for additional details without making the main price misleading.
Ticket and external links
Add a direct ticket link when available. You can also provide the official event page and other useful external links.
Test every URL before saving and replace expired links.
Connected pages
Review the connected artists, venue, festival, tour and organizers. These connections determine the pages from which the concert can be found.
Review the page regularly
Check the event page after every important change. Shortly before the concert, review the time, ticket link, entry requirements and address one final time.
