How do you add a concert?

List a concert for free on NoyzHub

NoyzHub allows signed-in users to add concerts to the platform’s calendar for free. The event can then be connected to the relevant artist, venue, festival and organizer pages.

A complete event page helps listeners find the concert and allows everyone involved to present the same date through their NoyzHub pages.

Open the concert creation form

Sign in to your account and use the option for adding a concert. You can also open the Concerts tab of a page you manage and select the option to add a new date.

Choose the event type

The form supports several situations:

• a standalone concert;
• a date connected to a festival;
• a date included in a tour.

Select the type that accurately describes the event so that NoyzHub can connect concerts, festivals and tours correctly.

Add the venue

First search for the NoyzHub page of the venue. When no suitable page exists, the form can also use a custom venue with its name, address and location.

Check the city and country carefully so that the concert appears in the correct location searches.

Enter the date and times

The start date is required. You can also add a start time, end date and end time when the event covers a longer period.

The end date and time cannot be earlier than the beginning of the concert.

Connect artists and organizers

Search for the pages of the performing artists or bands and add them to the event. You can identify headliners and, when useful, provide individual performance times.

You can also connect associations, promoters and other organizer pages. These links allow the concert to appear from the different pages involved.

Complete the event presentation

Add a clear title, description and readable poster. The title may use the event name, tour name or main performing artists.

The description can explain the schedule, entry conditions, door time and any other information visitors need.

Add prices and links

You can provide:

• the advance ticket price;
• the door price;
• the currency;
• free-entry status;
• the ticket link;
• the official event link;
• other useful external links.

Review possible duplicates

NoyzHub may warn you when an artist is already connected to another concert on the same day. Check whether the event has been entered twice or whether the lineup information is incorrect.

Save and review the event page

1. Review the date, venue and lineup.
2. Check prices and links.
3. Save the concert.
4. Open the event page and review the final presentation.

Once published, the concert can appear in the NoyzHub calendar and on the pages connected to it.
