What is the NoyzHub calendar used for?
The calendar helps you find and organize dates connected to NoyzHub pages that you are authorized to manage.
It can be used to follow an artist or band’s concerts, a venue’s programme and dates connected to a tour.
Find the dates for a project
Concerts correctly connected to a page can be viewed through the relevant calendar and management tools.
Always check that the event is linked to the correct artist, band or venue. Correct associations prevent missing dates and keep the schedule consistent.
Open a date
Open a date to find the information recorded on the concert page:
- the event title;
- the date and times;
- the venue and city;
- the participating artists;
- practical information;
- the ticket price and booking link when provided.
Edit incorrect information
Public date information comes from the concert page. When something is incorrect, edit the relevant concert instead of creating an identical new date.
This keeps one event page and prevents duplicate entries in the calendar.
Public dates and private notes
A published concert can appear in NoyzHub’s public calendar according to its information and page connections.
A private note is intended only for a venue’s internal organization. It should not replace the creation of a confirmed concert.
Use the calendar with several pages
One account can manage several pages when it has the required permissions. Make sure you select the correct project before adding or editing a date.
Calendars remain connected to the relevant pages. Dates for one band should not be confused with those of another band or venue.
Keep the calendar updated
Add new dates once they are confirmed and quickly correct changes involving the time, venue or lineup.
If an event is postponed or cancelled, update the concert page so that the public information remains reliable.
