Use private notes

Updated on 20/07/2026
Private notes in a venue calendar store dated internal information, contacts and reminders without displaying them on the public page.

What are private notes used for?

Private notes allow teams managing a venue to keep internal information directly in its calendar.

They are not displayed on the public venue page and do not replace a published concert.

What information can a note contain?

A note can be connected to a date and contain several organizational details:

  • a title;
  • text or a reminder;
  • a phone number;
  • an email address;
  • a label;
  • one or more connected NoyzHub pages.

Examples of use

Private notes can be used to record:

  • a date option that is not yet confirmed;
  • a contact who needs a follow-up;
  • an internal task;
  • technical information that needs to be checked;
  • an ongoing conversation with an artist or organizer.

Use labels

Labels let you classify notes according to your own workflow. For example, you can separate options, confirmed items, follow-ups and technical tasks.

Each venue has its own labels and notes.

Connect a note to NoyzHub pages

A note can be connected to one or more pages so that the relevant artists, bands or organizations can be identified quickly.

This connection is an organizational tool. It does not automatically publish a concert or edit the connected page.

Turn an option into a confirmed concert

When a date becomes official, create or complete the public concert page using the confirmed information.

The private note can then be edited or deleted as needed so that outdated information is not kept in the calendar.

Who can view the notes?

The notes are intended for people authorized to manage the relevant venue. Review manager permissions and remove access that is no longer required.

Avoid storing sensitive information that is not necessary for organizing the event.

Keep notes updated

Remove duplicates, update contact details and clearly indicate when an option has been abandoned, confirmed or postponed.

Short and structured notes make the calendar easier for the entire team to use.

Organize a venue with NoyzHub

Private notes complement the venue’s public calendar. They help prepare future dates, follow contacts and centralize working information without making it visible to visitors.
