Manage multiple venues

Updated on 20/07/2026
An authorized account can manage several venue pages on NoyzHub. Each venue keeps its own calendar, concerts and private notes.

Manage several venues with one account

A programmer, association or management team may be responsible for several locations. NoyzHub allows one account to manage multiple venue pages when the required permissions have been granted.

Each venue keeps a separate page with its address, contacts, technical information, programme and calendar.

Check access to every page

You need a management role for every relevant venue. Permissions granted for one page do not automatically provide access to other venues.

If a page already exists, ask its team to add you or use the appropriate claim process.

Select the correct venue before editing

Before adding a concert, note or other information, check which venue page is active.

Selecting the wrong page may place an event in the wrong calendar or display an incorrect address to the public.

Keep a separate calendar for each location

Events should be connected to the venue where they actually take place. Each location can then display a reliable and independent programme.

If an event moves to another venue, update the concert page instead of leaving it in both calendars.

Avoid duplicate concerts

Before adding a date, search for the event. It may already have been created by an artist, organizer or another manager.

Use one concert page and connect it to the correct venue to centralize the lineup, artists and ticket information.

Use private notes for each venue

Calendar notes are connected to a specific venue. They can be used to track an option, contact, task or internal information without publishing it on the public page.

Labels and contact information help organize these notes within each venue.

Organize work across several teams

Add only the managers who genuinely need to work on each page. Regularly review access when the team structure changes.

Internal information should remain on the relevant venue page to prevent confusion between teams and locations.

Manage a venue network with NoyzHub

NoyzHub centralizes the management of several venues within one account while keeping pages, calendars, concerts and notes clearly separated for each location.
