Organize several dates as one tour

A tour brings together several concerts connected to the same trip, period or series of dates.

On NoyzHub, every concert remains a separate event with its own venue, date, lineup and practical information, while still being connected to a common tour.

Prepare the main information

Before grouping the dates, prepare the essential details:

• the tour name;
• the artists involved;
• confirmed dates;
• cities and venues;
• ticket information;
• any tour artwork.

Create or complete each concert

Each tour stop should have its own concert page. This keeps the information accurate for every city and venue.

Do not create one page containing every date when the venues, times or ticket links are different.

Connect concerts to the tour

Once the events have been created, connect the relevant concerts to the same tour. They remain independent events but are grouped under one identity.

Check the chronological order and make sure that no date has been added twice.

Use Tour Manager to search for dates

When some stops are not yet confirmed, Tour Manager can be used to find venues and send date requests.

A booking request or possible date should not be presented as a confirmed concert. Publish the event only when the information is sufficiently established.

Keep the tour updated

Edit the relevant concert when a time, artist, venue or ticket link changes.

If a date is postponed or cancelled, update the event page quickly so that the calendar remains reliable.

Avoid duplicate events

Before creating a new date, search for the concert on NoyzHub. A venue, organizer or another artist may already have added it.

When a page already exists, complete or correct that event instead of creating a second one.
