Sign-in problems

Updated on 21/07/2026
If you cannot sign in to NoyzHub, check the email address, sign-in method, browser state and displayed message before contacting support.

Check the credentials

Enter the complete account email and look for capital letters, extra spaces or keyboard-layout issues. An invalid-credentials message can mean a different address, an incorrect password or an account created with Google.

Use the correct sign-in method

If the account was created with Google, select Continue with Google and choose the same address. Because automatic password reset is not available yet, this can also restore access when the NoyzHub account uses the same Google address.

Check the browser

Reload the page, allow required cookies and try a private window. Temporarily disable extensions that block scripts or cookies, then test a current browser. Clearing all cookies signs you out of existing sessions.

Read the displayed message

A blocked or closed account, or one still pending during a limited-access phase, is not fixed by repeatedly signing in. Record the exact text, time and address used without sending the password.

Ask for help

If the issue continues, email contact@noyzhub.com. Include the account address, sign-in method, browser, device and error message. Never send a password or Google code.
