Clear the cache

Updated on 21/07/2026
Clearing cache can fix an old layout or blocked script. Start with cached files only: deleting cookies signs the account out and clearing local data resets player state.

Refresh before deleting

Reload the page first and then perform a hard refresh. This asks the browser for current files and is often enough after a NoyzHub update.

Clear cached files only

In browser privacy settings, choose the relevant time range and select cached images and files. The wording differs in Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge. Close NoyzHub tabs and reopen the website afterward.

Difference from cookies

Cookies store the session and selected settings. Deleting them requires signing in again. Check the account address and sign-in method before a general deletion, especially on a shared device.

Local music-player data

The player queue and state persist in browser local storage. Clearing all website data can reset them. It does not delete tracks, pages or concerts stored in the account.

When cache is not the cause

Try a private window or another browser. If the same issue remains, record the URL, steps, time and browser and report the bug instead of repeatedly deleting data.
