Search problems

Updated on 21/07/2026
If NoyzHub search cannot find an artist, concert or page, check query length, spelling, filters and the information that is actually published.

Enter a usable query

Header suggestions appear after at least two characters. Enter a distinctive name, city or title, wait for suggestions and open the complete results when the expected item is not in the short list.

Simplify the spelling

Try the exact name and then a shorter version without an article, punctuation or secondary word. For a venue or concert, test the name and city separately. A typo in the published page can prevent an obvious match.

Check filters

Review the selected result type, location, musical style and date. An overly precise filter can hide a valid result. Reset all filters and then add them one at a time.

Check publication state

An unpublished page, inactive track, event excluded by the date filter or incomplete information may not appear as expected. If you manage it, review its name, visibility, date and location.

Report a missing result

Send the exact query, expected result type, its URL when available, selected filters, browser and a screenshot. More detail than “search is broken” is needed to reproduce the case.
