Music player problems

Updated on 21/07/2026
If a track does not start, stops or disappears from the queue, check browser playback permission, the connection, track availability and local player data.

Allow the first playback

Browsers can block autoplay until the user interacts with the page. Open the track and select Play once. Also check the player, browser and device volume and the selected audio output.

Test the track and connection

Try a second track to distinguish an unavailable file from a general problem. A track must be active and have a readable audio file. An unstable connection, data-saving mode or VPN can interrupt loading.

Reset player state

Reload the page and close other NoyzHub tabs that could control the same player. If the queue or resume position is still inconsistent, clear the website local data. This resets the saved queue and position but does not delete published tracks.

Check the browser

Try a private window, temporarily disable media blockers and use a current browser version. On mobile, briefly disable battery saving and keep the tab open during the test.

Uploaded-track issues

Artist managers can upload an MP3 file up to 15 MB. If only a new track fails, check its format, size and publication state before reporting the issue with the track address.
