Who can create a concert on NoyzHub?

Any user with a NoyzHub account who is signed in to the platform can add a concert.

Event creation is not limited to administrators, venue owners or artist page managers.

Artists and bands

An artist, band or representative can add upcoming live dates to NoyzHub.

The concert can then be connected to the project page, the other performing artists, the venue and the organizer.

Before creating it, check whether the event is already listed.

Music venues

Venue representatives can publish their programme and connect each event to the venue page.

They can add the performing artists, times, poster, ticketing page and practical information.

Festivals

Festival teams can create their different dates or editions, add artists and organize a programme across several days.

The form can connect an event to an existing festival page or create a new festival entry when it is not already listed.

Associations and event organizers

An association, collective, promoter or independent organizer can add events that it organizes or promotes.

Several organizers can be connected to the same concert.

Participating artists and venues

Someone involved in the event can also add it even when they are not the main organizer.

For example, a band member may list a concert announced by the venue, or a venue may add an event announced by an external organizer.

Regular NoyzHub members

Users do not need to manage a page to add a concert.

A member may list a public event when they have reliable official information, provided they do not invent details or create a duplicate.

This allows the calendar to include concerts that have not yet been added by the artists or organizers themselves.

Do you need to own the connected pages?

No. The person creating the concert does not need to own the pages of the artists, venue, festival or organization connected to it.

Connecting a page to an event does not give the creator any ownership or management rights over that page.

Pages should only be connected when they are genuinely involved in the event.

What happens after creating the concert?

The account that adds the concert is recorded as its creator.

The creator can then:

• Edit the concert information.
• Add or remove artists and organizers.
• Correct the date, venue, prices or links.
• Replace or remove the poster.
• Delete the event when necessary.

Can managers of connected pages edit the concert?

Members attached to a participating page may also be able to edit the event.

This may include members of connected artist, venue, festival or organizer pages.

Deleting the event remains limited to its creator and authorized moderation team members.

Who can claim an event without an owner?

Some older or imported events may not have an identified creator.

In this situation, a member attached to one of the participating pages may request to claim the event and take responsibility for managing it.

Visitors who are not signed in

Visitors who are not signed in can browse concert pages and available public information.

They need to create an account or sign in to:

• Add a new event.
• Suggest a correction.
• Claim an event.
• Access management actions.

Use reliable official information

Every member adding a concert should use accurate and verifiable information.

Before publishing, check:

• The date and times.
• The venue and city.
• The artists genuinely appearing.
• The prices.
• The official ticketing link.
• Whether an event page already exists.

When information is uncertain, confirm it with the artist, venue or organizer before adding the event.
