How do you add a concert on NoyzHub?
NoyzHub allows signed-in members to add concerts, festivals and tour dates to the platform’s event calendar.
Once saved, the event has its own page and can be connected to the relevant artists, venue, festival and organizers.
1. Open the concert form
Sign in to your NoyzHub account and select Add a concert from the main menu.
An account is required to create an event. Visitors who are not signed in can browse concerts, but they cannot add one.
2. Select the event type
The form supports three types of events:
- Single concert for an independent live date.
- Festival for a festival edition.
- Tour for creating and grouping several live dates.
For a festival, you can select an existing festival page. If the festival is not yet listed, a new entry can be created from the form.
For a tour, NoyzHub allows you to save the first concert and then continue adding dates before completing the tour.
3. Add the event title
You can enter a title for the concert.
For a single concert, the title is optional. When it is left empty, NoyzHub can use the list of performing bands to identify the event.
Do not simply repeat artist names in the title when they have already been added to the line-up.
For a festival, enter the name of the edition. For a tour, enter the tour name.
4. Select the venue or location
Search for the venue and select it from the suggestions.
If the venue is not yet listed, you can create it directly from the form by providing information such as:
- Its name.
- Its country.
- Its city.
- Its address, when known.
For an outdoor festival, park, public square or temporary location, you can indicate that the place is not a music venue. It can then be used for the event without necessarily creating a venue page.
5. Enter the date and times
The start date is required.
You can also add:
- A start time.
- An end date.
- An end time.
The end date is particularly useful for festivals, multi-day events and concerts that finish after midnight.
The event cannot end before it begins.
6. Add the artists and bands
Search for each artist or band in the Bands field and select the correct result.
Several artists can be added to the same line-up, and headliners can be identified.
For multi-day events, bands can be assigned to their relevant performance days.
If a band is not yet listed on NoyzHub, a new entry can be created from the form.
7. Add the organizers
The concert can be connected to one or several organizer pages.
Search for the relevant association, collective, promoter or organizer and add it to the event.
If the organization is not yet listed, it can also be added directly from the form.
8. Add a poster
You can upload the official event poster to make the concert page easier to recognize.
Accepted file formats are:
- JPG.
- PNG.
- WebP.
For a tour, you can specify whether the poster applies only to this concert or to the entire tour.
9. Complete the description
Use the description for information that does not already have a dedicated field.
It may include:
- The running order.
- Detailed times.
- Entry conditions.
- Practical information.
- Specific venue rules.
- A presentation of the event or artists.
10. Add useful links
The form supports several types of links:
- The ticketing page.
- The official website or Facebook event.
- An Instagram post.
- A YouTube video.
- Any other relevant promotional link.
Only add official links or pages directly related to the event.
11. Enter the prices
You can separately enter:
- The advance ticket price.
- The door price.
- The relevant currency.
When admission is free, select Free entry.
12. Check for possible duplicates
NoyzHub checks whether the selected artists are already listed on another event on the same date.
If a conflict is found, make sure that the concert has not already been added.
A genuine double booking can still be saved, but it must first be confirmed.
13. Save the concert
Select Save concert once all the information is correct.
You are then redirected to the event page. The creator can return later to edit or delete the concert.
Before sharing the page, check the date, location, venue, line-up and links one final time.
