Search for available dates

One request per date

Tour Manager connects one exact date to a city and radius. Create separate requests for different stops so each structure sees only the search relevant to its area and calendar.

Prepare the search

• requested date and any flexibility in the description;
• country and city selected from suggestions;
• radius compatible with the route;
• connected artists, genre and show format;
• technical needs and essential conditions.

Publish early enough

Give venues and organizers time to check their calendars and reply. Last-minute requests can work but reduce options and guarantee no availability.

Track the status

Requests appear in the artist page Tour Manager area with open, closed or expired status as recorded. Delete a search that is no longer useful to prevent late replies.

Confirm beyond the search

A positive reply starts a negotiation. Confirm times, payment, technical terms and responsibilities, then create the public concert only when agreement is real.
