Open the request from the artist page Tour Manager. Replies list each structure, latest-message preview, message count and last activity date.

Reply with the correct identity

Select a thread and send from an authorized artist page. The structure replies from its own page, clearly identifying both parties.

Check availability

In a venue context, NoyzHub can indicate whether the date appears free or occupied from its calendar. This supports discussion but does not replace the venue’s internal confirmation.

Compare without mixing negotiations

Every structure has a private thread. Compare terms, timing and requirements internally, but never forward one venue’s confidential information to another.

Finalize the date

Get written confirmation of fee, times, technical terms, hospitality, ticketing and cancellation. A Tour Manager conversation does not create the concert automatically; publish a shared event page afterwards.
