Add up to three public email or phone contacts to a Venue page, with a clear label such as booking, technical or ticketing.
Open Contacts
In Venue page settings, select Contacts. Public contacts are separate from managers and never receive editing rights.
Add the right people
NoyzHub can display up to three contacts. Choose email or phone, enter the exact value and label the purpose: programming, technical, press, ticketing or administration.
Choose public data carefully
Publish only professional details intended for visitors or artists. Do not use personal contact information without the person’s permission.
Route requests correctly
A precise label prevents a show proposal from reaching ticket support. Use the technical section or presentation to explain what a booking request should contain.
Maintain contact details
Test addresses and numbers, replace former staff and remove duplicates. Outdated contact data reduces trust and professional visibility.
