Manage a venue calendar

Open the calendar

In Venue page management, open Concerts then Calendar. Choose month or week and navigate to the required period.

Add a confirmed concert

Select a day and Add concert. Create a public event with its date, times, artists, venue and useful links. A confirmed show should not remain only a private note.

Create a private note

Use a calendar note for an option, follow-up or unconfirmed availability. It can contain a title, body, phone, email, colored label and linked artists.

Filter and check conflicts

Labels filter notes. Concerts and notes on the same day help reveal possible occupancy, but NoyzHub does not automatically block every double booking.

Keep it reliable

Turn confirmed agreements into public concerts, update postponements and delete obsolete notes. Also check contracts and your authoritative calendar before important decisions.
