Define the person you need

Before posting, separate essential criteria from flexible preferences: instrument, level, influences, city, rehearsal rhythm, show availability, equipment and goals. State whether the project is recreational, developing professionally or already paid.

An honest advert may attract fewer irrelevant replies and prevents misunderstandings about time, money and ambition.

Search several relevant networks

Talk to music schools, rehearsal studios, venues, associations, artists and technicians in your area. Post in focused local communities and ask trusted people for direct recommendations.
