How do you find an artist manager?
Understand the manager’s role
A manager helps shape strategy, coordinates partners, negotiates certain opportunities and follows the project as a whole. They do not automatically replace a booking agent, publicist, label or page administrator.
Before searching, list the concrete problems to solve and the amount of organizational work the band can still handle.
Show that the project is already moving
Serious managers usually look for developed music, a clear identity, a reliable team and signs of activity such as releases, concerts, engaged listeners, partners or income. There is no universal threshold, but the evidence must be honest and easy to understand.
Centralize your best tracks, biography, videos, discography, shows, members and contacts on the NoyzHub page.
Research compatible people
Find out who works with artists at a similar genre, size and territory. Review credits, professional websites, associations, conferences and recommendations from people you have genuinely worked with.
- check recent activity and represented artists;
- understand the manager’s territory and strengths;
- avoid guaranteed-success claims and opaque fees;
- request references before committing.
Pitch the project precisely
In a few lines, explain who you are, what is already happening, the objective for the next twelve months and why you chose that person. Add one link to the EPK or artist page and suggest a short conversation. A tailored message is not a mass mailing.
Check the relationship and agreement
Discuss availability, duties, territory, term, exclusivity, commission, expenses and exit conditions. Have an appropriate legal professional in your country review the agreement before signing.
The NoyzHub Managers tab controls page-administration permissions. It is not a marketplace for professional artist managers.
