Campaign statistics
What are campaign statistics used for?
Statistics help you understand how a promotion was delivered and how users interacted with the sponsored event.
They also allow you to compare campaigns and gradually improve the presentation and timing of future promotions.
Where can you view statistics?
Sign in to the account or page that created the campaign, then open the section dedicated to sponsorships, advertisements or promotions.
Select the relevant campaign to display the available information.
General campaign information
The statistics area may include:
- the promoted event;
- the campaign status;
- the creation date;
- the promotion period;
- the amount paid;
- the selected format.
Impressions and visibility
The number of impressions indicates how many times the promotion was displayed in the relevant placements.
An impression does not necessarily mean that a user opened the event page or purchased a ticket. It mainly measures campaign delivery.
Clicks and page visits
When available, click data shows how many interactions led users to the event page.
Compare clicks with impressions to evaluate whether the image and title successfully attracted attention.
Attendance, favorites and other interactions
Depending on the available tools, you may also see actions performed after the event was discovered, such as saving it as a favorite or indicating attendance.
These figures do not necessarily represent ticket sales, especially when tickets are sold through an external service.
Difference between clicks and sales
NoyzHub can measure interactions taking place on its own platform. A sale completed through an external ticket provider is not automatically visible to NoyzHub.
For accurate sales information, compare NoyzHub statistics with the reports provided by your ticketing service.
How should you interpret the results?
A campaign with many impressions but few visits may indicate that the artwork, title or lineup is not attracting enough attention.
A campaign with visits but few additional actions may suggest an incomplete event page, unclear pricing, a difficult-to-find ticket link or missing practical information.
Compare several campaigns
Consider differences in timing, artwork, venue, music genre and lineup. A useful comparison should take the context of each event into account.
Avoid deciding that a format is ineffective based on a single campaign.
Do statistics guarantee ticket sales?
No. Statistics describe recorded visibility and interactions. They do not guarantee a full venue or a specific number of ticket sales.
Results also depend on artist popularity, location, price, date and communication quality.
