How does campaign payment work?
When creating an advertising campaign or sponsoring an event, NoyzHub displays the selected options and corresponding price before final confirmation.
Payment records the order and prepares the campaign for activation during the chosen period.
Review the summary before paying
Before confirming, carefully check:
- the event being promoted;
- the promotion format;
- the selected period;
- any available delivery settings;
- the total amount;
- the payment currency.
Do not confirm the payment if the displayed event or period does not match your request.
Is payment secure?
Payment information is handled through the secure system presented during checkout. NoyzHub will never ask you to send complete bank card details through a message or email.
Always check that you are using the official NoyzHub website before entering payment information.
When is the campaign activated?
A campaign may be saved after successful payment and then activated according to the selected dates and applicable checks.
A successful payment does not necessarily mean that promotion starts immediately when a future start date has been selected.
What should you do if payment fails?
A payment may be rejected because of incorrect details, an expired card, a payment limit, a bank verification request or a temporary restriction.
In this situation:
- check the entered information;
- review the card validity and payment limit;
- try again after a few minutes;
- contact your bank if the rejection continues;
- contact NoyzHub if money appears to have been charged without a campaign being created.
Avoid duplicate payments
After confirming payment, wait for the transaction result. Do not immediately refresh the page or submit the order several times.
If you are uncertain, first check your campaign list and the transaction history provided by your payment method.
Can a paid campaign be cancelled?
Cancellation and refund options depend on the campaign status, its start date and the terms displayed during checkout.
A campaign that has already been delivered in full or in part may not be refundable. Contact support quickly when an error occurs.
Cancelled or postponed concert
Editing or cancelling a concert does not automatically cancel its advertising campaign. Update the event page immediately and contact support when the campaign also needs to be reviewed.
Payment confirmation and history
Keep the payment confirmation and campaign information. They may be required to identify a transaction or contact support.

NoyzHub displays the price and essential campaign settings before confirmation. Review the summary carefully to avoid mistakes involving the date, event or amount.
