The active paid flow is concert sponsorship and is processed through Stripe. Self-service paid sales for Partnership campaigns are currently disabled; these two systems must not be confused.
Concert sponsorship
The paid flow currently available to members is concert sponsorship. Choose PULSE, ECHO, AMPLIFY or HEADLINER; payment is processed by Stripe, with price, duration and points shown before confirmation.
Partnership campaigns
Partnership uses a separate campaign, review and funding system. Self-service paid sales for Partnership campaigns are currently disabled; the FAQ must not present card payment for Partnership ads as a public flow available to everyone.
If a concert-sponsorship charge appears without the corresponding activation, check the payment and sponsorship status before ordering again and contact NoyzHub support with the transaction information. No blanket refund rule is stated here unless it is explicitly provided by the applicable payment terms.
