Open the conversation in Messaging, check the identity used for the reply, write your text and send it in the same thread.
Open the conversation
In Messaging, select the relevant thread. Conversations are ordered by their latest activity and unread messages have an indicator.
Review the context
Read previous messages, the subject and request type when available. Replying in the same thread preserves context and avoids duplicate conversations.
Choose the correct identity
When you manage pages, decide whether to reply as your profile or the relevant page. Only use a page when your management rights allow it.
Send the reply
Enter the text and send it. The conversation receives a new activity date and the recipient can receive a message notification.
