What happens to my pages after account deletion?

Updated on 21/07/2026
Pages are not deleted with the account: they may remain public while their deleted owner can no longer manage them. Transfer ownership before deleting the account.

Pages are separate from the account

A NoyzHub page represents an artist, venue, festival or organization. Deleting the user account disables personal access but does not automatically remove those pages, their concerts, music or public address.

Risk of having no active owner

If the deleted account remains the owner, the page can stay visible while becoming impossible to administer through that account. Existing managers may retain editing access, but they do not receive the owner-only right to manage access or transfer ownership.

Transfer before deleting

For every page, open Managers, add the future owner with the email for their NoyzHub account, then select Transfer ownership. Confirm that the person can find the page in their dashboard.

If the account has already been deleted

Contact Help & FAQ. State the old account email, the page and the account that may need to take it over. The team can request evidence before changing ownership.

Do not create a duplicate

Do not create a second page to work around lost access. A duplicate divides concerts, plays, followers and Google visibility. Have ownership of the official page corrected instead.
