How do you organize a concert?

Updated on 21/07/2026
Define the budget, choose a suitable venue and artists, confirm every condition and centralize public information. NoyzHub connects the event to participating pages.

Define the project and budget

Specify the audience, capacity, genres, period and objective. Budget venue, artist fees, production, security, rights, insurance, ticketing, promotion and contingency. Check requirements that apply in your country and municipality.

Choose the venue and artists

Compare capacity, access, equipment, hours and financial terms. Select artists who fit the audience and each other, then review availability, live performance and technical needs.

Confirm every commitment

Record the date, times, fees, transport, accommodation, meals, equipment, set length, tickets, promotion and cancellation terms. A positive conversation or hold is not a confirmation.

Create the concert on NoyzHub

Add the title, date, venue, artwork, description, price and ticket link, then connect the venue, organizer, possible festival and correct artist pages. Review any artist date conflicts shown before confirming.

Prepare and review the event day

Build a running order covering arrival, load-in, soundchecks, doors, performances, changeovers and load-out. Share emergency contacts and assign responsibility for each area. Close the accounts and record improvements afterwards.
