How do you manage multiple pages?
One account for several projects
You do not need a separate account for every band, venue, festival or organization. One account can own some pages and act as a manager on others.
Find every managed page
Open Pages Manager or the dashboard. The list brings together pages available to your account. Select the correct one before editing content or adding a concert.
Keep identities separate
Every page retains its own name, public address, visual assets, contacts, publications, concerts, followers and statistics. Check the page name in the editing area to avoid publishing information under the wrong project.
Add a page without creating a duplicate
Use New page, select the type and search the name. Claim an existing unowned page when it is the correct result. Create a new page only when no result genuinely represents the project.
Share management
Add managers with their own accounts when several people work on a project. Remove access after someone leaves and transfer ownership when primary responsibility changes. Never share the owner’s credentials.
Recommended organization
Assign one lead per page, a maintenance schedule and an approved source for dates and contacts. Regular management prevents contradictory information and makes pages more reliable on NoyzHub and Google.
