How do you manage booking requests?

Updated on 21/07/2026
Use one submission channel, collect the same information for every proposal and assign clear statuses. NoyzHub supports artist-page review and replies to Tour Manager date searches.

Create one clear entry point

Publish the programming address or channel and submission periods. Request one music link, a live video, home city, lineup, availability and technical needs.

Use simple statuses

  • received and awaiting review;
  • incomplete, information requested;
  • under team discussion;
  • hold offered;
  • confirmed or declined.

Record the reply date and person responsible. Never present a tentative hold as a confirmed show.

Use consistent criteria

Compare live quality, fit with the venue, availability, budget and technical constraints. A NoyzHub artist page can centralize tracks, videos, biography, members, concerts and contact details.

Process Tour Manager requests

Date searches in the venue area can be reviewed from its page. Reply only when the proposal genuinely fits. Tour Manager facilitates communication but does not create a contract or booking.

Reply and archive

Use short respectful replies, including declines. Keep the history, reason and possible future contact period. Store only necessary details and restrict access to the relevant team.
