What is the difference between an account and a page?

The user account

An account belongs to a person signing in with email and password or Google. It contains preferences, follows, the user Hub, badges, settings and page-management permissions.

The public page

A page represents a music entity: artist or band, music venue, festival or organization. It has a public name, shareable address and relevant content such as biography, music, concerts, photos, contacts or practical information.

Search and visibility

Pages are designed as public showcases and may appear in the NoyzHub sitemap and search-engine results. The account Hub presents user activity to signed-in members; it does not replace a professional project page.

One account can manage several pages

The same person can own a band page, manage a venue and help an association. Every page keeps its own content, followers, concerts, statistics and managers.

Several accounts can manage one page

The owner can add other accounts as managers. Everyone uses their own credentials, so no password needs to be shared. Ownership can also be transferred to an existing manager.

Separate deletion

Deleting the account does not automatically erase pages. Deleting or archiving a page does not erase the account. Always check which object an irreversible action affects.
