Prepare for deletion

Before deleting the account, review Pages Manager. If you own a page that should remain managed, add another user as a manager and transfer ownership to them. Account deletion does not automatically delete pages.

Start the deletion

Open Settings and scroll to the danger area. The current validation expects the exact French word SUPPRIMER, even if an English interface displays DELETE. For an account using a NoyzHub password, also enter the current password and approve the warning.

Immediate effect on access

NoyzHub marks the account as deleted and blocked, revokes active sessions, clears the current session and signs you out. The account can no longer sign in normally.

Account deletion and retained data

The action disables the account; it does not instantly erase every database record connected to activity. Some information may be retained where necessary for operation, security or applicable obligations. See the privacy policy for the general framework.

Additional request

For an erasure question, a mistake or an account you can no longer access, contact Help & FAQ and state the relevant email. Never include a password.
